RHAPSODY
An ecstatic, improvisational, irregular piece of music
A miscellaneous collection of beauty things
An effusively rapturous or extravagant discourse
an epic poem

The Rhapsody Theatre is a North Texas based arts and poetry organization
for faithful story-telling, with a Christian understanding.
We don't have a large theatre building, but we love to do readings,
at a small home in Frisco, Texas, at no cost to participants.

Once, in the afternoon on a Saturday, we rented out The Nack Theater venue,
in Frisco, and there, we read from an adaptation of "The Jeweler's Shop."

We love Zoom readings too, and we hope to engage with artistic communities,
here in North Texas, about our poetry and playscript publishing,

and our thoughts about Rhapsodic Acting, Sanford Meisner's Acting Theory,

and about the work of Konstantin Stanislavski.

We welcome all people of diverse backgrounds,
who wish to engage the culture
and let God infuse their work with loving grace.
Feel free to sit and listen, if you would like.

“To all who are passionately dedicated
to the search for new “epiphanies” of beauty so that through their creative work as artists they may offer these as gifts to the world.”
-Saint Pope John Paul II,
